At Fraser International College, the Communication, Art and Technology (BA) pathway is an International Year One (UTP Stage II) program. Equivalent to the first year of Simon Fraser University’s BA, it prepares international students for majors in Communication, Interactive Arts and Technology (SIAT), or Contemporary Arts.
